摘要
目的探讨杭州地区临床护士职业倦怠的现状及其影响因素。方法采用护士职业倦怠量表对浙江省杭州市3所三级甲等医院658名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士职业倦怠程度高于常模(P<0.05);职称、用工性质、月收入是影响护士职业倦怠的重要因素。结论被调查护士职业倦怠明显,护理管理者应加强组织支持,降低临床护士的职业倦怠,进而稳定护理队伍。
Objective To explore the nurses’ job burnout and its influencing factors in Hangzhou. Methods 658 clinical nurses from 3 hospitals in Hangzhou were interviewed with job burnout scale. Results The score of nurses’ job burnout was higher the norm (P〈0.05). Professional title, nature of employment, monthly income were the influencing factors of job burnout. Conclusion The nurses’ job burnout were obvious in Hangzhou, the managers should build good organizational support in order to reduce nurses’ job burnout and stable care team.
