摘要
目的探究全院性护理行政查房运用于护理管理的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月—2015年1月该院收治的180例患者作为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为对照组(n=90,采用常规护理)和研究组(n=90,采用全院性护理行政查房模式),评价并比较两组的效果。结果研究组护理质量与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全院性护理行政查房运用于护理管理中,有利于提高临床整体护理质量,完善临床护理工作中的不足,值得临床选择和全面普及推广。
Objective To explore the whole hospital rounds used in nursing administration nursing management clinical re-sults. Methods From march 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital 180 cases of patients as research subjects, divided ac-cording to the different methods of care control group （n=90, using conventional care） and study group （n=90, using hospital nursing administration rounds mode）, evaluate and compare the effects of two groups of patients with clinical care. Results The study group compared with the control group, the quality of care, significant difference, statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The whole hospital rounds used in nursing administration nursing management, will help improve the overall quality of care in clinical, improve clinical care deficiencies, worthy of selection and promotion of universal access.
