摘要
目的探讨长春市综合性三级甲等医院手术室护士的患病状况。方法采用自设问卷对长春市3所综合性三级甲等医院手术室护士进行问卷调查。结果手术室护士妇科疾病的患病率40%,位列第一,其次是胃溃疡、呼吸道疾病,患病率分别为26.7%,23.3%,不同婚姻状况、生育状况的手术室护士妇科疾病、胃溃疡、呼吸道疾病患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科疾病在手术室护士中的患病率位列第1,其他疾病患病率依次为胃溃疡、呼吸道疾病,而这些疾病均与手术室护士的婚姻状况、生育状况等相关。手术室护士应增强自我保健意识,保护手术过程顺利。
Objective To understand the health of operation room nurses and to provide related preventive measures to im-provenurses’ health. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied for general information of nurses and their health status. Results Nurses with gynecolofical diseases for 40%of the total, which topped the disease list, followed by ulcer, res-piratory diseases, with the prevalence rate of 26.7%, 23.3%. Nurses with different marital status, reproductive condition were related with ulcer, respiratory diseases （P〈0.05）.
