摘要
目的通过对基层医疗机构药学服务现状的调查分析,寻求改进基层药学服务的措施。方法发放调查表,对鲁南地区基层医疗机构药学人员的配备比例、学历、职称状况、药事组织建设以及开展的药学服务等进行统计、分析。结果基层医疗机构药学人员普遍存在配备不足,学历和职称层次较低的状况,业务开展单一,药学服务质量不能够有效保证。结论应制定相关激励政策和保障措施,促进基层医疗机构药学服务水平提升,保障群众用药安全。
Objective Through the investigation on the present situation of pharmaceutical care in primary health care insti-tutions at the grassroots level analysis, seeking to improve pharmaceutical care measures. Methods Questionnaire on prima-ry health care institutions, Lunan pharmaceutical staff ratio, degree, title, organization construction and development of pharmaceutical services statistics, analysis. Results Pharmacy staff in grassroots medical institutions are generally equipped with insufficient, qualifications and titles of low level, single pharmacy business, service quality can not guarantee. Conclusion Should formulate relevant policies and measures, promote the level of pharmaceutical care in primary health care institutions, to protect people＇s drug safety.
