摘要
该文回顾性分析该院潜在的护理安全问题,通过对基层保健院潜在护理安全隐患进行分析、讨论及实施一系列针对性的防范措施,有效地提高了临床护理工作质量,减少了护理工作中的安全隐患,保障了医患的双方利益。减少了医疗纠纷的发生率,降低了临床差错事故的发生,提高了患者的满意度。
In this paper, a retrospective analysis of our hospital nursing potential security issue by performing an analysis of the potential for basic health care hospital safety hazards, discuss and implement a series of targeted preventive measures to effectively improve the quality of clinical care, reducing the nursing work security risks, to protect the interests of both doctors and patients. Reduce the incidence of medical disputes, reduce the incidence of clinical errors and accidents, im-prove patient satisfaction.
