摘要
目的分析和探讨手术室实施优质护理的价值和意义。方法将该院手术室2013年度和2014年度的管理质量作为研究对象并分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组主要执行常规管理程序,而观察组则采取优质护理管理程序,比较实施前后护士各项考核指标改变情况。结果实施优质护理管理理念后,观察组患者护理人员对工作积极性、工作效率及患者护理满意度显著提高,和对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理管理理念应用到手术室的日常工作中,不仅提高了工作效率也提高了护士服务质量,增加患者的满意度,为医院创造良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Objective To further improve the effectiveness of our hospital humanistic management in the department of op-eration room and to prevent the occurrence probability of a variety of adverse events, analysis and discussion the clinical ef-fect of quality care.Methods The quality care was implemented in the management of nursing staff of the department of operation room.then evaluate the satisfaction of nurses before and after the implementtation of performance appraisal. Results There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of quality of nursing care, the degree of satisfaction of both nurses and patients after the implementation of humanistic management compared with those before the management （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Quality care can arouse the working enthusiasm of nurses and enhance the competition con-sciousness and responsibility consciousness of nurses, which can improve the satisfaction of patients.
