摘要
一直以来,人们对法制意识有了新的认识,伴随着人们对法治观念的不断增强和提升,患者及其家属对就医权利的保护意识有了很大的改变。在日常生活中,医护人员在对患者的护理过程中经常发生医患纠纷。为了能够最大限度的避免医患纠纷事故的发生,对护理人员提出了更高的要求。面对着这样的局势,护理人员必须要在日常的工作中提高警惕、加强法律知识学习、提升自我保护意识,并且要把服务护理工作做好、做细。只有把工作放在第一位,认真对待服务护理工作,把服务护理工作态度摆正,才能防范或减少护理纠纷事故的发生。为此,在此基础上对提高自我保护意识,防范护理纠纷做了如下几点分析。

In the face of such situation, nursing staff must be vigilant in the daily work, strengthen the legal knowledge learning, enhance self-protection awareness, and to do the service work well, do fine, as far as possible to avoid the occurrence of nursing disputes. Only work on the heart, seriously nursing service, nursing service adjust attitude, in order to prevent or re-duce the occurrence of nursing disputes. To this end, the article on the basis of the improvement of self-protection aware-ness, prevention of nursing disputes to do the following analysis.
