摘要
目的观察健康教育护理干预在妇科阴道炎患者的护理中的应用效果。方法选取该院于2013年6月—2015年1月收治的80例阴道炎患者,依据护理方法的不同将其列入观察组与对照组,每组各为40例。两组均行常规治疗与护理,在此基础上,观察组加用健康教育护理。对比分析两组患者的护理有效率和满意度。结果观察组的护理有效率为92.5%,满意度为95.0%,对照组的护理有效率为82.5%,满意度为77.5%,两组护理有效率和满意度比较,观察组均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育护理干预在妇科阴道炎患者护理中的应用效果显著,可以有效地提高护理有效率和满意度,有助于构建和谐的护患关系。
Objective To observe the effect of health education on nursing care for patients with gynecological vaginitis.Methods 80 cases of vaginitis patients from 2013 June to 2015 January, according to the different nursing method, the inclusion in the observation group and the control group, each group of 40 cases. The two groups were treated with routine treatment and nursing, and the observation group was treated with health education. Results The effective rate and satisfaction of the two groups were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education and nursing intervention in patients with gynecological vaginitis has a remarkable effect, and can effectively improve the effective rate and satisfaction of treatment.
