摘要
镁合金阳极氧化及微弧氧化电解液中少量的有机添加剂对氧化膜的质量及性能起着至关重要的作用。综述了近年来在镁合金阳极氧化及微弧氧化中有机添加剂的最新研究现状及研究进展,介绍了有机添加剂在镁合金阳极氧化中的作用机制研究现状,指出绿色环保、成本低廉的有机添加剂是镁合金阳极氧化添加剂选择的主要方向,对有机添加剂在镁合金阳极氧化中的作用机制的进一步深入研究是迫切需要解决的科学问题。
Although the amount of organic additives was less in the electrolyte during the anodic oxidation process of magnesium alloys,they have significant effects on the quality and performance of the anodic coatings. This paper reviews the latest research status and research progress on organic additives in the anodizing process and micro arc oxidation of magnesium alloys. And the reaction mechanisms of organic additives in the anodizing process of magnesium alloys are reviewed. Environment-friendly,low-cost organic additives is the main research direction of magnesium anodizing. The mechanism of organic additives in magnesium alloy anodic oxidation need to be further studied.
