摘要
目的研究对社区糖尿病患者采用以家庭为单位的护理管理的效果。方法将选入的120例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用以家庭为单位的护理管理模式,对比分析5个月后两组的护理管理效果,探讨以家庭为单位的护理管理的意义。结果观察组的饮食控制率、合理用药率、糖尿病知识知晓率、自我满意率分别为86.67%、80.00%、91.67%、83.33%,高于对照组的60.00%、53.33%、61.67%、61.67%,观察组的复诊率为20.00%,低于对照组的45.00%,观察组的血糖控制良好的患者有80.00%,高于对照组的51.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区糖尿病患者采用以家庭为单位的护理管理,能够提高患者对疾病的认识,更好地控制患者的血糖。
Objective To study the effect of community intervention in diabetic patients using home-care management unit of.Methods Opt 180 diabetic patients were randomly divided into a control group and observation group and the control group received usual care group were observed in the control group on the basis of home care nursing, based on comparative analysis of the effect of five months after treatment in both groups. Results Of home care patients comparing the efficacy of the two groups showed： diet control rate of the observation group, the rate of rational drug use, diabetes knowledge awareness, self-satisfaction rates were 86.67%, 80.00%, 91.67%, 83.33%, higher than the 60.00 %, 53.33%, 61.67%, 61.67% in the observation group was20.00% of referral, lower than 45.00% in the control group, the group of good glycemic control were observed in patients with80.00%, 51.67% higher than the control. Conclusion Of the results were statistically significant（P〈0.05） in diabetic patients with the conclusions of the community of the family unit of care management, can improve patient understanding of disease, and better control of blood glucose in patients.
