氢吗啡酮治疗神经病理性疼痛患者不良反应评价分析

摘要 目的:分析氢吗啡酮治疗的临床应用及不良反应。方法将2012年2月~2015年3月期间收治于我院的神经病理性疼痛患者68例为研究对象,采用电脑数字随机分组方式将其均分成观察组34例以及对照组34例。其中对照组患者采用普瑞巴林治疗;而观察组患者则采用氢吗啡酮治疗。对比分析两组患者的疼痛缓解以及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的疼痛缓解度为91.18%(31/34);对照组患者的疼痛缓解度为70.59%(24/34);同时观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组间比较差异具备统计学意义。结论针对于难治性神经病理性疼痛患者时,选择采用氢吗啡酮治疗具有良好的镇痛效果,具有较少的不良反应,患者耐受性高。 Objective To analyze clinical application and adverse reaction of hydrogen morphine methadone treatment.Methods In February 2012 to March 2015 treated in our hospital during the period of 68 patients with neuropathy pain as the research object, using computer digital random grouping the 34 cases were divided into observation group and control group of 34 cases. The control group were treated by pregabalin treatment. While the observation group of patients using hydrogen morphine methadone treatment. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients pain relief and adverse reactions.Results The observation group of patients with degree of pain relief was 91.18% (31/34). The degree of pain relief for patients with control group 70.59% (24/34). At the same time, the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group of patients significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), comparing differences between the two groups have statistical signiifcance. ConclusionIn view of the in patients with refractory neuropathy pain, choose a hydrogen morphine methadone treatment has good analgesic effect, with less adverse reactions, patients' tolerance is high.
