摘要 针对智能电容器中磁保持继电器同步开关控制过程中涌流大、易烧结的现象,通过分析智能电容器的结构和磁保持继电器的工作原理,研究电压过零点、谐波、温度等因素对继电器动作时间的影响,提出了一种改进的模糊控制算法.改进的模糊控制算法拥有三输入单输出的控制结构,并根据现场工况自适应调整量化因子和比例因子参数,利用Matlab软件计算离线查询表从而简化控制系统计算.实际工程应用结果表明,该算法能有效降低涌流值,调节过程快速平稳,具有很好的控制效果. In order to solve the problem of great surge and easy sintering in synchronous switch controlling process of latching relay, the structure of the intelligent capacitor and the working principle of latching relay are analyzed. An improved fuzzy control algorithm is proposed after studying the effects of zero-crossing time of voltage, harmonics and temperature on relay operation time. The improved fuzzy control algorithm adaptively adjusts quantization factor and scale factor parameters according to field conditions. In this three-input single-output control structure, an offline strategy table calculated by Matlab is applied to simplify the calculation of control systems. Computer simulations and experimental verifications show that the proposed algorithm can not only effectively reduce the inrush current but also make the adjustment process fast and stable and has a good control effect.
