摘要 为了提高纺纱质量,稳定牵伸加压力,从加压摇架影响纺纱的因素——平行度、加压力以及安装使用操控性等方面,阐述了YJ200系列新型细纱弹簧摇架在设计、选材、加工工艺上的技术进步和技术特点,并列出了摇架使用中的相关技术参数。指出:YJ200系列摇架在平行度上打破了自调平行理论的羁绊,进一步改善了压力一致性,锭差明显降低;成纱质量、尤其是纱线管间CVb质量好,且在纺细号纱时纱线断头率明显降低;适纺性更广泛,维护成本低,将成为细纱摇架的升级换代产品。 In order to improve the spinning quality with stable drawing pressure,description is made to the new spring cradle series YJ200 for spinning process regarding the design,material selection, processing technology and technical characteristics starting with the parallelism, pres- sure and accessibility of installation and use, which are properly the factors with yarn quality. It is pointed out that the cradle series YJ200 has a break-through of the auto-offset theory in par- allelism ,further improving the pressure uniformity, with less spindle difference, yarn quality, especially the CVb value, especially less end breakage of spin yarn with fine count. The Product is of good spinnability,low maintenance cost,thus an upgraded product of the same.
