摘要
文章采用AT89C52单片机为主控芯片,CH340T为USB传输芯片,并辅以继电器、温控模块、A/D模块等外围器件,设计与开发出一套非线性元件特性测试系统,该系统具有具有温度控制、液晶显示、数码操控和数据采集的等功能。经测试,该系统具有性能稳定,操作简单,驱动电流强,功能完整,测量精度高等优点。
A set of intelligent non-linearity components characteristic measuring system, which used AT89C52 single chip microcomputer as main control chip, CH340T as the USB transfer chip, and supplemented by relays, temperature control module, A/D module and other peripheral devices, was designed and developed in this paper, and the system has temperature control, LCD display, digital control, data acquisition, and other functions. Confirmed by the test, the system has many advantages, such as stable performance, simple operation, strong drive current, complete function, high measurement precision, etc.
