摘要
女村官在妇女儿童及文化教育等工作中存在许多优势,在庞大的村官队伍中,她们逐步成为农村工作的重要生力军和妇女干部队伍的重要后备力量。但由于边疆民族地区基层条件艰苦、民情复杂、群众素质偏低、群众工作开展难等问题突出,女村官在工作生活中存在人身安全问题多、适应和胜任农村基层生活工作难度大、农村基层工作难出成效及后续职业发展受限等困境,制约了女大学生村官的发展。必须完善村官选派机制,促成合理、均衡的村官性别配置;千方百计排除女村官工作、生活中的安全隐患;改善工作生活条件,加强教育培训,使女村官尽快适应和胜任农村基层工作;完善工作机制,确保女村官工作绩效;积极拓展女村官职业发展通道。
Female village officials have many advantages in the work of women and children and cultural education. In the large team of village officials, they have gradually become an important reserve force of rural work and women cadres. Be- cause of the obvious issues in ethnic minority area such as harsh conditions, complex conditions of the people, low quality of the masses and hard work of the masses, female village officials have many difficulties in their work and life such as personal safety problem, slow adaptation to and incompetence for rural work at the basic level, little achievements in rural work at the basic level and limited follow-up career development. It is necessary to improve the appointment mechanism to promote a balanced and reasonable gender allocation of village officials. It is important to do everything possible to rule out safety risks in the work and life of female village officials. It is significant to make female village officials adapt to and be competent for rural work at the basic level as soon as possible by improving working and living conditions and strengthening education and training. It is indispensable to improve the working mechanism to ensure female village officials' work performance. It is vital to actively expand female village officials' career development channel.
