摘要
创新创业型传媒人才培养既是时代发展的客观需要,也是解决新建本科院校传媒类大学生就业瓶颈的重要出路。工作室制是一种培养高校学生实践能力与创新创业能力的教学模式,可以成为传媒类专业教育改革的重要尝试。构建以工作室为单位的强化实践的人才培养模式,旨在培育学生的创新创业思维,增强学生企业管理能力,成为传媒类专业教学改革的一种探讨。
The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is an objective need of times,and an important way to solve students’ employment in newly-found universities. Workshop system is a teach model to cultivate university students’ practice ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability,so it can be a significant attempt for media majors to carry out educational reform. The construction of a talent cultivation model based on workshops and enhancing practice aims to foster students’ innovative and entrepreneurial logic and to improve their enterprise management ability. The author expects to develop it into a discussion on educational reform for media majors.
