摘要
通过问卷调查与访谈,探究诱发应用型高校大学生英语自主学习动机减退的教师因素,发现教师因素主要体现在"教师素养""教学方法与技巧""师生关系"三个方面。其中"师生关系"是最主要的影响因素,其次是"教学方法与技巧"。进一步的分析发现,"师生关系"主要体现在教师与学生的互动少,"教学方法与技巧"则表现在教学方法的单一性,而"教师素养"集中在教师的发音及口语能力上。
By conducting a questionnaire- based survey and a follow- up interview,this paper investigates the de- motivation of application- oriented university students in autonomous English learning from the perspective of the English teachers. The findings reveal that 'teachers ' professionalism','teaching method ' and'teacher- student relationship'are the three main triggering factors,but the most influencing factor is'teacher- student relationship'. Further study shows that the poor 'teacher- student relationship'is mainly due to the lack of interaction between the English teachers and students,and the singleness is the main problem of 'teaching method',but the problem of 'teachers' professionalism'is primarily revealed in the English teachers' pronunciation and communicative abilities.
