摘要
分析高师院校学前教育专业本科实习生角色适应问题成因:角色认知不清产生的心理问题;期望值过高带来的失落、愤怒;专业知识和技能的欠缺导致自信心丧失。从高校和幼儿园角度提出如何避免实习生角色适应问题的建议,旨在引起人们从角色适应的视角,对幼儿教师职前培养的重视。
This paper analyzes the causes of the problems of the role adaptation,namely,the psychological problems caused by unclear role cognition,loss and anger caused by high expectations,loss of self- confidence caused by the lack of professional knowledge and skills. Suggestions are put forward on how to avoid the problems from the perspective of colleges and kindergartens,in order to arouse people's attention to pre- service training of preschool teachers.
