摘要
新媒体时代到来,新媒体技术以其独特的优势,给传统媒体带来极大的冲击.科技期刊所面临的不仅是传播途径改变的问题,还有向新媒体转型的方式、秉持理念、传播速度、管理体制、人才资源等方面的问题,建议从转变理念、体制转型、自身创新、扩充人员等方面着手,解决当下科技期刊的问题.
In the background of the era of new media,the traditional media have been greatly impacted by the unique advantages of new media technologies. The current problems for sci- tech journals to solve are not only the changes of transmission pathways but also the transition methods to new media,the concepts of upholding,communication speed,administrative system and talent resources,etc. According to these problems faced by sci- tech journals,solutions included the points of changes in ideas of administration,transmission of administrative system,self innovation and quality and quantity improvement of the personnel from all aspects,etc.
