摘要
彼得·圣吉将学习型组织理论成功推向世界,激发了人们的学习热情,对各领域的组织学习产生了广泛的影响。该理论对高校辅导员队伍专业化建设同样有着重要的借鉴意义。学习型组织理论可以通过系统修炼、实践演练、内在体验丰富辅导员队伍建设策略;可以促进辅导员队伍形成合理的组织结构、科学的运作机制,获取可感可量的成效;可以重新设计领导者的角色,即设计师、老师、受托人;可以引导辅导员合理把握创造性张力,养成系统全面的思维能力。
Peter Senge successfully made learning organization theory popular in the world,which stimulates people's enthusiasm for learning and thus has a broad impact on learning in all fields. This theory also plays an important role in construction of counselor in colleges and universities. It can help to enrich constructional strategies by systematical training,practical drills and inner experience,form a rational structure for counselors with scientific operational mechanism and sensible quantifiable results,redesign the role of leadership as designer,teacher and trustee,and guide counselors to have a reasonable grasp of creative tension and a habit of thinking systematically.
