摘要
经济全球化和信息化给我国传统人事管理模式提出了新的挑战,现代人力资源管理理念应运而生。文章通过人力资源管理正在由人事管理向人力资源管理和战略人力资源转变的分析,对我国人力资源管理进行反思,对人力资源管理转型的内涵进行界定,提出平稳实现人力资源管理转型实施的路径。
Economic globalization and information technology proposes a new challenge to the traditional personnel management mode in our country. The concept of modern human resources management arises at the historic moment. In this paper,through the human resource management changing from the personnel management to human resource management and strategic human resources analysis,it reflects on human resource management in our country,the connotation of transformation of human resource management,putting forward the path of the smooth implementation of human resources management transformation.
