摘要
目的对CT评价天麻钩藤汤对急性高血压性脑出血疗效的临床价值进行评价分析,为今后的临床治疗工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法抽取2013年1月—2014年12月间瑞金市中医院收治的临床确诊急性高血压性脑出血患者,将其按照治疗方法分成对照组和观察组,观察组患者接受天麻钩藤汤内服治疗,同时接受常规西医治疗,对照组患者单纯接受西医治疗,在治疗的第14天和21天经CT扫描对血肿体积、血肿周围水肿体积等展开测量,对比两组检测结果。结果经统计发现,治疗后第14天和第21天,两组患者血肿体积、血肿周围水肿体积均较治疗前发生明显缩小(P<0.05);观察组血肿体积较对照组小(P<0.05)。结论天麻钩藤汤对急性高血压脑出血的治疗效果显著,经CT检测可以对天麻钩藤汤治疗急性高血压脑出血的治疗效果进行客观评价,临床价值显著,值得关注。
Objective To analyze CT evaluation on the clinical value of Tianma Gouteng decoction for acute hypertensive cerebral hemor-rhage, and to provide reliable reference for future clinical treatment. Methods Extracting patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemor-rhage in Ruijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to December 2014, according to the treatment method, they were divided into control group and observation group. The observation group received oral Tianma Gouteng decoction and conventional Western medicine therapy at the same time. The control group used Western medicine treatment. In the treatment of 14 and 21 days after a CT scan of subsections edema around the hematoma volume, hematoma volume measurement, test results of the two groups were com-pared. Results By the statistics we found that the hematoma volume and edema around the hematoma volume of the two groups after treatment of 14 days and 21 days were significantly reduced than before treatment（ P〈0.05）. The hematoma volume of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tianma Gouteng decoction in the treatment of acute hyperten-sive cerebral hemorrhage had remarkable effect. CT detection showed objective evaluation on Tianma Gouteng decoction in the treatment of acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. It has significant clinical value, and is worthy of attention.
