摘要 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定化妆品中的氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉索。样品用甲醇提取,采用电喷雾电离、负离子、多反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。结果发现,方法在1.0~50ng/mL范围内线性良好,决定系数r^2〉0.994。氯霉素、甲砜霉索和氟甲砜霉素检出限分别为:0.724:、L160和0.242ng/mL。在添加质量比为0.10~1.0mg/kg的范围内,氯霉素、甲砜霉索和氟甲砜霉索回收率分别为85.0%~107%、83.5%~107%和81.0%~110%。 An ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric method was established for simultaneous determination of chloramphenieol (CAP) , thiamphenicol (TAP) and florfenicol (FF) in cosmetics. Samples were extracted with methanol and identified by electrospray ionization (ESI) in negative mode using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Linear relationship was found well in the range of 1.0 to 50 ng/mL with correlation coefficient more than 0. 994. Limits of detection for CAP, TAP and FF were 0, 724 ng/ml., 1.16 ng/mL and 0. 242 ng/mL, the recoveries of CAP, TAP and FF were 85. 0% to 107%, 83.5% to 107% and 81. 0% to 110%, at spiked levels of 0. 1 m 1. 0 mg/kg, respectively.
