摘要
在高速公路桥梁建设的快速推进中,预制小箱梁因其结构简单、受力明确、工艺成熟、工期较短及造价便宜等优点,被广泛地应用于各类桥梁中。依托一在建大桥的引桥工程,分别从台座施工、钢筋施工、模板拼装、混凝土浇筑及预应力张拉等方面详细阐述30 m跨径预制小箱梁施工工艺及质量控制措施,以期有所裨益于相关设计及施工从业者。
With the fast development of expressway bridge construction, the small prefabricated box beam is widely applied in various bridges because of its advantages, such as simple structure, explicit stress, mature technology, shorter construction period and low construction cost. According to an approach bridge under construction, the article sets forth the construction technology and quality control measures of 30- m span small prefabricated box beam from the aspects of abutment construction, reinforcement construction, formwork assembly,concrete pouring and pre- stressing tension in order to provide the reference for the relative design and construction of the similar projects.
