摘要
对三座水库站的设计洪水进行对比,可以看出:流域面积在100~300 km^2之间,洪峰流量的偏差小于洪量的偏差。河道平均比降越陡偏差越小。对于以洪峰流量为主要设计洪水参数的河道工程,应用较为安全合适。对于小型水库以洪峰流量为主要的防洪控制参数,应用也是合适的。
The article compares the design flood of three reservoirs.It can be shown that the deviation of peak flood flow is smaller than the flood flow when the catchment area is among 100~300 km2,and the deviation is smaller if the average stream gradient is more steep.The application of this method is safer and suitable for the river engineering by the peak flood flow as the main design flood parameter.It is also suitable for the small-sized reservoirs by the peak flood flow as the main flood control.
