摘要
工程造价的编制是一项灵活性、政策性、技术性、经济性、实践性、综合性都很强的技术工作。文章基于工程造价工作的重要性,分析了工程造价编制中存在的问题,提出要从施工方案的分析和确定、工程量的核对、定额的套用、材料单价、计价法规的应用等多方面来反复检查工程造价的编制质量,以提高工程造价的合理性和准确性。
The project cost establishment is a technical job with strong flexibility,policy-type,technicality,eco-nomical efficiency,practicalness,comprehensiveness.Based on importance of project cost work,this article analyzes open problems happening to project cost establishment,puts forward to repeatedly check establishment quality of project cost from many aspects such as analysis and determination of construction scheme,verification of quantities,using indiscriminately of quota,unit price of materials,application of pricing regulation in order to enhance rationality and accuracy of project cost.
