摘要
文章在不改变汽车故障诊断仪KT600的结构及使用方法的前提下,将射频技术引入到汽车故障诊断仪,开发了集CAN收发器、STM32单片机、nRF2401无线模块于一体的无线通信系统,实现了KT600由有线通信升级为无线通信,并结合该无线通信系统的工作原理进行试验对比研究,结果表明该无线通信系统解决了原汽车故障诊断仪因有线的限制而使用不方便的问题,使汽车故障的诊断更加灵活、方便,系统稳定、易于控制、通信可靠。
Under the premise without changing the structure and application methods of auto fault diagnosis instrument KT600,this article introduced RF technology into the automotive fault diagnosis instrument,devel-oped the wireless communication system integrating the CAN transceiver,STM32 microcontroller,and nRF2401 wireless module,realized the wireless communications upgraded from KT600 wired communications,and combined with the working principles of this wireless communication system,it conducted the ex-perimental comparative study,and the results showed that this wireless communication system can solve the inconvenient application problem of original auto fault diagnosis instrument due to the wired limitations,thus the auto fault diagnosis instrument becomes more flexible and convenient,with system stability and reliable communications,easy to control.
