摘要
采用巴克豪森噪声检测法对核反应堆压力容器(RPV)的辐照脆化进行预测与评估,针对传统的巴克豪森噪声检测磁化装置不足和RPV试件尺寸问题,设计了一套专用于RPV辐照脆化检测的磁化装置。为了验证RPV辐照脆化检测系统中磁化装置的可行性,利用Ansoft软件建立磁化装置的二维仿真模型。通过仿真结果对RPV辐照脆化检测系统的磁化装置及激励信号等参数进行优化,对提高RPV辐照脆化检测的准确性有重要意义。
Irradiation embrittlement is an important cause of nuclear reactor pressure vessel(RPV)aging.This paper uses Barkhausen noise detection method to do prediction and assessment on RPV irradiation embrittlement.Focus shall be put on traditional Barkhausen noise detection equipment's deficiency and RPV specimen size problems.This paper designs a magnetizing assembly exclusively used in RPV irradiation embrittlement testing.The work is to take advantage of ansoft software to establish 2-D dimensional simulation model on magnetizing assembly to verify the feasibility of magnetizing assembly in RPV irradiation embrittlement testing system.Analysis on simulation results helps optimize magnetizing assembly in RPV irradiation embrittlement testing system and the parameters such as excitation signal.Theory guides practice.This has a great significance in improving detecting accuracy of RPV irradiation embrittlement.
