摘要
目的观察"双环法"乳房整形术治疗乳房肥大及乳房下垂患者临床疗效。方法本文选取2012年6月-2015年3月临床工作期间行"双环法"乳房整形术治疗乳房肥大及乳房下垂的乳房肥大及乳房下垂患者共42例,观察患者术后治疗的临床效果,并定期随访。结果 42例乳房肥大及乳房下垂患者术后,显效32例(76.2%)、有效8例(19.1%)、无效2例(4.8%),总有效率等于95.5%。结论临床上使用"双环法"乳房整形术治疗乳房肥大及下垂的临床效果突出,且安全性较强,值得广泛使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂double ring method＂ in the treatment of patients with breast hypertrophy and breast prolapse, and to observe the clinical effect of patients with double ring method. Methods A total of 42 patients with breast hypertrophy and breast prolapse were treated with double ring method during June 2012 -2015, March, and the clinical effect of treatment was observed. Results 42 cases of breast hypertrophy and breast prolapse, 32 cases （76.2%）, effective in 8 cases （19.1%）, invalid 2 cases（4.8%）, the total effective rate was 95.5%. Conclusion The clinical effect of the use of ＂double ring method＂ in the treatment of breast hypertrophy and sagging is outstanding, and the safety is strong, it is worth widely used.
