摘要
为探讨及掌握打破巨紫荆种子休眠,促进种子萌发的处理方法,以不同温度的热水浸泡巨紫荆种子,再用不同激素不同浓度处理种子。试验表明:以80℃热水处理24 h,再用250 mg/kg赤霉素处理24 h,沙藏催芽,能够有效打破种子休眠,发芽率可达74%。
In order to explore and master the treatment ways of breaking seed dormancy of Cercis gigantean and promoting seed germination, seeds of C. gigantean were soaked in water at different temperatures, and then were dealed with the different hormones at different concentrations. The test showed that： treatment with 80 ℃ hot water for 24 h, and then 250mg/kg gibberellin for 24 h, and sand germination can powerfully break seed dormancy and its germination rate reach at 74%.
