摘要
针对互联网传播视听节目海量增长和网盘存储、内容分发网络等新技术的兴起,原有的淫秽色情节目监管方法存在新节目发现速度慢、全网排查周期长、节目研判智能化程度低、一线工作人员劳动强度大等问题,难以满足政府部门的管理要求和行业健康发展秩序的需求。本文首先分析目前监管方式存在的问题和大数据成功解决海量数据的典型案例,然后提出在搜索、研判、取证、效果复核等环节引入大数据技术,提高淫秽色情节目监管智能化水平。
The network audio-visual program grows rapidly and network storage, CDN and other technologies is developing .There are many problems in the regulation of pornographic program, such as long time of inspection, low degree of intelligence and so on. It is difficult to meet the management requirements of the government departments and the industry＇s healthy development. So, we firstly analyze the problems existing in the current regulatory approach and a typical case of massive data＇s resoulution by big data. We adopt big data technology in links of research, judgement, evidence and review to improve the pornographic program monitoring intelligent level.
