基于高斯积分的音圈电机受力解算方法 被引量:1

Force calculation method on voice coil actuator based on Gauss integrals

摘要 基于等效磁荷法求解了音圈电机中圆柱形永磁体的空间磁场分布,在此基础上解算出载流线圈的受力模型.对于不解析的积分计算,采用高阶高斯积分逼近法快速地获得了高精度的计算结果.通过对磁体空间磁感应强度分布的实测,得到与理论值高度吻合的测量结果,结果表明:其精度优于1%,验证了磁场模型建立的合理性与高斯积分求解的优越性,克服了传统方法进行磁场建模与积分计算精度低、速度慢的缺点. Based on the equivalent magnetic charge method ,the magnetic field distribution around cy‐lindrical permanent magnet in the voice coil actuator was analyzed and calculated ,and on this basis the force model of coils was calculated .For the integrals that could not be resolved ,Gauss integrals of higher order approximation were introduced ,and therefore the results acquired high accuracy quickly . Through measurement of the magnetic flux density ,the measurement highly consistent with the theo‐retical value was obtained with its accuracy of below 1% ,verifying the correctness of magnetic field model and the rationality of Gauss integration method ,and overcoming the disadvantages of low preci‐sion and speed in traditional approaches for modeling of magnetic field and integration method .
