Bao Guobao（ K. P. Pao） is our country electric power engineering expert. He is engaged in the research of technology of thermal power generation,hydropower generation and power plant design and management. He is an outstanding leader of the early electric power industry of our country,his life practice ＂Western learning for use＂,have made outstanding contributions to the power industry of our country.
