摘要
研究货车空驶现象对国民经济持续健康发展的重要意义。文章主要分析了形成货车空驶现象的原因,并从完善政策体制、研究推广运输格式合同、建立行业诚信体系、加快货物运输信息化建设等方面提出了解决对策。
It is of great importance for national economic sustained and healthy development to study the deadhead truck phenomenon. The article mainly analyzes the causes, and gives countermeasures to solve the problems from the aspects of perfecting the policy system, promoting transportation format contract, establishing a credit system, and speeding up the information construction of carriage of goods, etc.
