摘要
该文在国家自然科学基金青年基金"新型养老设施建筑智能化整体解决方案研究"和已颁布执行的国家标准《养老设施建筑设计规范》编制工作的基础上,结合我国人口老龄化加速发展,养老设施建设与机构养老的服务需求之间矛盾日益突出的严峻形势,提出设计和建设更加注重从生活照料、健康看护、精神愉悦等层面满足老年人养老需要的新型养老设施,是解决我国日趋严重的养老问题的有效途径之一。同时,试图通过对养老设施建筑内部环境的技术信息收集和数据挖掘,探寻适宜的智能化技术手段,初步建立由数字化与信息化融合的支持体系、网络化联动的看护救助机制、一体化运营和监控管理体系等模块组成的智能化整体解决方案。
In this paper, on the basis of the Youth Foundation of National Natural Science Fund ＇The Research of the Solution for the Intellectualization of New Facilities for the Aged＇ and the preparation work of the National Standard ＇Facilities for the Aged Design Standard＇, combining with the accelerated development of aging population in China, and the grim situation of the increasingly prominent contradiction between the endowment facilities construction and the institution endowment service needs, it put forward that design and constructing the new facilities for the aged can even more meet the needs of the aged people from the aspects such as life caring, health nursing and spiritual pleasure, which is one of the most effective approach to solve the increasing pension problem in China. Meanwhile, it tried to explore the suitable means of intelligent technology through collecting the technology information and the data mining of the pension facilities construction internal environment, and preliminarily established the integrated solutions, which is consisted of the modules including the digital and information fusion support system, the network linkage nursing assistance mechanism, the integrated operation and monitoring management system.
