摘要
采用乙腈作为提取剂，QuEChERS方法净化，GC－MS／MS检测的方法测定蔬菜中5种氨基甲酸酯农药残留量。结果表明：目标化合物线性范围良好，R〉0．998，加标回收率为73％～116％，相对偏差小于10％。该方法不仅操作简单，成本低，效率高。还能最大限度减少有机溶剂的使用，环保节能，可以满足蔬菜中5种氨基甲酸酯农药残留的检测以及确证工作。
Detected 5 kinds of carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables by QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS with acetonitrile as extracting agent. The results showed a good linear relationship （R〉0.998）, the recoveries of 5 kinds of earbamates were 73%～ 116%, with the precision below 10%. This method not only had the result of simple operation, cost saving and high efficiency, but also had the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection. So it could be applied to detect and verify 5 kinds of carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables.
