摘要
本文主要阐述了高校加强二级教学单位教学管理的必要性和可行性。通过调查得出只有规范了学校二级教学单位的教学管理,才能更好地提高教学效率。要通过转变管理理念,明确管理职责建立并完善教学管理制度,激发学院办学活力,目标制定科学合理稳定教学管理人员特别是教学秘书队伍,提高教学秘书的管理水平,实现教学管理手段现代化等方面来完善教学管理,提高教学效率。
This article mainly expounds the necessity and feasibility of enhancing the teaching management of secondary teaching unit. Investigation found that on by standardizing the teaching management of secondary teaching units and the teaching efficiency be improved. In order to perfect teaching management and improve teaching efficiency, the teaching unit should change the management concept, make clear the management duty, establish and perfect the teaching management system, stimulate schooling vitality, set scientific and reasonable goals, stabilize the teaching management personnel, especially the teaching secretary team, improve the management level of teaching secretary team and realize teaching management means modernization.
