摘要
随着国家产业机构和发展战略的不断调整,会展经济正在成为中国经济新的增长点。本文旨在通过完善会展教育,探讨行业发展与人才建设之间的关系,思考当前会展人才培养的制约因素,并试图构建符合行业需求,促进行业长效发展的会展专业实践教学体系,为会展业培养合格人才。
With the adjustment of national industrial institutions and development strategy, exhibition economy is becoming a new growth point of China＇s economy. This article aims to improve the exhibition education, explore the relationship between industry development and talents construction, think the restricting factors for current exhibition talents cultivation, and attempts to construct a convention and exhibition specialty practice teaching system that can meet the demand of industry, promote the long-term development of the industry, to train talents for the convention exhibition industry.
