PLC在自动分拣系统中大量应用,提高了系统的可靠性、运行效率。本文以物料自动分拣为例,介绍了物料自动分拣系统采用PLC、变频器控制的系统硬件电路设计方法,编程中如何应用标志位来识别工作状态的程序编制方法。
