摘要
目的分析老年肠梗阻患者临床治疗方法与效果。方法研究对象取2014年7月~2015年7月本院老年肠梗阻42例,依照不同治疗方法分组。给予21例保守治疗,入组对照组;给予余21例手术治疗,入组研究组。观察评定疗效,组间对比。结果研究组治疗有效率高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年肠梗阻患者手术治疗效果佳。
Objective Clinical treatment method and its effect on elderly patients with intestinal obstruction are to be studied. Methods Chose 42 elderly patients with intestinal obstruction who were treated in hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 and separated them into two groups according to different treatment methods. 21 patients in control group were given conventional treatment and the rest 21 patients in study group were given surgical treatment,and then observed and compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group was much higher,and there was an efficacy differential between two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion Surgical treatment is of efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with intestinal obstruction.
