摘要
目的探索专业性和规范化控制电子病历疾病模板在提高病历质量方面的价值与作用。方法选取某综合型医院的临床医生60人作为此次实验研究的对象,探讨使用疾病模板在提高工作效率、医学科研水平以及改善病历质量等的作用与价值。结果 92.21%的医生认为电子病历模板的使用,有效减少了病历的书写时间。结论专业性规范化控制电子病历疾病模板在提高病历质量方面具有价值与作用,有效地提高了医生工作效率。
Objective To explore the professional and standardized control of electronic medical records in raising the quality of medical records. Methods Selected clinical doctor 60 people as object of the study,subjects used disease templates in improving work efficiency, medical research level and quality of medical records. Results 92.21% of the doctors thought that the use of electronic medical record templates, effectively reduced the medical record writing time. Conclusion Professional standardization control of electronic medical record templates disease in raising the quality of medical records has great value and function,the doctor＇work efficiency is improved effectively.
