摘要
对使用火焰原子吸收法测定钠时,采用偏转与不偏转燃烧头的方式对高浓度钠的测定结果进行不确定度分析。结果表明,对钠含量较高的食品,采用将燃烧头偏转一定的角度,测定结果的准确度更高,这是由于避免了在不偏转燃烧头的情况下,对样品进行高倍稀释作用而引入的不确定度。
The measurement data of high concentration sodium in food by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with deflect or no were collected and the measurement uncertainty were evaluated. The results show that uncertainty evaluation of deflect burner is smaller then no deflect burner when the food contains higher sodium. This is due to the uncertainty of dilute for many times is avoided if the burner isn't deflect.
