摘要
肠梗阻(intestinal obstruction)是普外科常见的急腹症之一,指肠腔内容物的正常运行发生障碍[1]。目前关于肠梗阻的治疗主要有非手术治疗和手术治疗两种,一般单纯性肠梗阻给予非手术治疗,对于绞窄性肠梗阻常需要采取手术治疗。不管是采用非手术治疗还是手术治疗,在治疗的过程中都需要做好患者的护理工作,本文就肠梗阻患者的非手术护理和手术护理进展进行阐述。
Intestinal obstruction is a common acute abdominal pain of general surgery,refers to the normal operation of the lumen contents occur disorder. At present,the treatment of intestinal obstruction are mainly non- surgical treatment and surgical treatment,generally simple intestinal obstruction adopt non- surgical treatment,for strangulation obstruction often needs to take surgery. Whether adopts non- operative therapy or surgical treatment,we need to do nursing work well in the process of treatment for the patient. In this paper,the nonsurgical care and surgical nursing progress of patients with intestinal obstruction will be reviewed.
