摘要
分析高校期刊的现状以及目前办刊存在的问题;基于北京航空航天大学期刊的整合转企实践,总结其整合转企的步骤以及转企带来的变化。介绍整合转企的经验,供高校期刊借鉴。
The reform of university journals is a systematic project concerning many aspects. This paper analyzes the status quo of university journals and the problems existing in the current ways of running a journal. Based on the reform practice of the journals in Beihang University,this paper sums up the reform steps and the consequent changes. Meanwhile,some experiences accumulated in the reform are summarized, which are supposed to provide reference for other university journals' reform.
