摘要
从经济学相关角度剖析当前我国公办高校党政领导干部权力腐败的深层次原因,主要运用成本收益分析方法来解析高校领导干部权力腐败的行为动机,最终把问题归结到利益机制对权力行为的导向上。通过成本收益视角的分析和实证研究试图寻找有效预防和惩治权力腐败的路径,并对我国高校现行制度安排和政策导向提出几点看法。
The deep-rooted reasons for leading cadres＇ power-related corruption in the current pub- lic universities is analyzed in the perspective of economics. Meanwhile, the main use of cost-benefit a- nalysis is adopted to interpret the motives of college leaders＇ corruption, which ultimately leads to the guidance of interest mechanism of power to power behaviors. It is hoped that effectivemeasures can be found to prevent and punish corruption of power through cost-benefit related empirical research in order to explore valuable advice for the existing system arrangements and policy establishment in China;s universities.
