微乳液介质-5-Br-PADAP显色体系光度法测定渣油中的锌(Ⅱ) 被引量:1

摘要 以水的质量分数为80%的O/W型(十二烷基硫酸钠/正丁醇/正庚烷/水)微乳液为介质,以氯化铵-氨水作为缓冲溶液,5-Br-PADAP为显色剂,采用六偏磷酸钠和硫脲作为联合掩蔽剂以掩蔽干扰离子,利用分光光度法直接测定了渣油中的锌(Ⅱ)。锌(Ⅱ)的显色络合物的最大吸收峰位于550 nm处,锌(Ⅱ)含量在0-0.48μg/m L范围内服从比尔定律,其表观摩尔吸收系数ε=1.24×10^5L/(mol·cm)。所得一元线性回归方程为A=1.118 2×10^5C+0.355 9(C为浓度,单位为mol/L),相关系数r=0.999 9。结果表明,该方法选择性好,准确度、灵敏度高,实用性强,是一种快速、有效测定油样中微量锌(Ⅱ)的好方法,具有一定的意义和实用价值。 The content of Zinc( Ⅱ) in residual oil was directly determined by 5-Br-PADAP spectrophotometric method in the medium of O / W microemulsion( SDS-n-C4H9OH-n-C7H16-H2O) where mass fraction of water is 80%,while NH3Cl-NH4H2 O is used as buffer solution,sodium hexametaphosphate and thiourea as masking agent to mask interfering ions. The color complex of zinc( Ⅱ) has maximum absorption peak at 550 nm. The Beer'S law is obeyed when zinc( Ⅱ) content is in the range of 0 - 0. 48 μg / m L. Its molar absorptivity is 1. 24 × 10^5 L /( mol · cm),the linear regression equation A = 1. 118 2 × 10^5 C +0. 355 9( C concentration unit: mol / L),the correlation coefficient r = 0. 999 9. The results show that: the method has good selectivity,high accuracy and sensitivity and strong practicability. It is a rapid,effective method of determining trace zinc( II) in residual oil,which has a certain significance and practical value.
