转移性透明细胞性肾细胞癌伴肉瘤样分化一例

摘要 患者男，70岁。因”咳嗽3个月余，头枕部及左乳结节7d”于2013年6月2日人院。既往病史：2012年6月8日在本院行右肾肿瘤根治性切除术，术后送检肾上极实质内见8cm×7cm×4cm大小灰黄色肿块，界限清楚，见假包膜，
