摘要
目的探讨挂线法治疗退行性睑内翻的疗效。方法选择30例(45只眼)原发性退行性下睑内翻患者实施挂线法手术治疗,观察该术式治疗退行性睑内翻的疗效。结果术后随访1年,除2例(2只眼)复发外,其余28例(43只眼)患者术后效果满意。结论挂线法治疗退行性睑内翻,对于患者来说是一种安全简便、痛苦少又经济实惠的有效方法,对于医生来说是一种简捷易学的术式,值得推广,尤其在基层医院。
Objective To observe the efficacy of the surgery of thread-ligating therapy in the treatment of involutional lower eyelid entropion. Methods 30 cases（45 eyes） patients with primary involutional lower eyelid entropion were chosen to do the surgery of thread-ligating therapy,then to observe the surgical efficacy.Results After a 1 year follow-up,28 cases （43 eyes）（96%）of all patients obtained satisfactory results,except 2 cases （2 eyes） had relapsed. Conclusion The surgery is a safe、convenient、less pain and economical effective method for patients,at the same time,it is also a kind of simply easy operation for doctors,and is worth of being generalized,especially in basic-level hospitals.
