摘要
以轻烧镁为原料,加入盐酸,采用水浴加热的方法制备酸改性轻烧镁,并通过单因素和正交实验探索吸附剂的制备条件。实验结果表明,在盐酸质量分数15%,酸溶比例1:2,酸溶温度45℃,酸溶时间1.5h时,所制备的吸附剂对活性艳红模拟染料废水的脱色率可达到98.60%。
In this paper,experimental methods of preparation of acid modified calcined magnesite by water bath heating,added hydrochloric acid,used calcined magnesite as raw minerals were researched.Optimum experimental conditions were are found through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions as following,acid concentration was 15%,acid soluble proportion was 1:2,acid soluble temperature was 45℃,as well as acid soluble time was 1.5h with removing rate of 98.60%.
