摘要
目的观察加味参苓白术散联合艾灸治疗小儿慢性腹泻脾虚型的临床疗效。方法选择符合研究条件的患儿104例,随机分为2组。治疗组52例采用加味参苓白术散联合艾灸治疗,对照组52例仅用加味参苓白术散治疗,比较2组治疗1周后和2周后的临床疗效及2组治疗前后症状积分。结果治疗1周后,治疗组总有效率为61.5%,对照组为44.2%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后,治疗组总有效率为84.6%,对照组为67.3%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后症状积分比较,治疗组显著低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论加味参苓白术散联合艾灸治疗小儿慢性腹泻脾虚型可较好地改善临床症状,疗效满意。
Objective To observe the treatment efficacy of modified Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with moxibustion in the treatment of children with chronic diarrhea of spleen deficiency type. Methods 104 cases of children with chronic diarrhea of spleen deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups （52 patients each）. The treatment group were treated by modified Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with moxibustion, and the control group were treated only by modified Shenling Baizhu Powder. The efficacy after 1 week and 2 weeks of two groups were respectively observed and the symptom scores of two groups were compared. Results After 1 weeks＇ treatment, the overall response rate of treatment group was 61.5% and that of the control group was 44.2%, the differences of the two groups were highly statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. After 2 weeks＇ treatment, the overall response rate of treatment group was 84.6% and that of the control group was 67.3%, the differences of the two groups were highly statistically significant （P〈0.05）. It also showed significant differences among symptom scores after 2 weeks＇ treatment in the two groups （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Modified Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with moxibustion can improve the clinical symptoms of children with chronic diarrhea of spleen deficiency type and brings satisfactory treating efficacy.
